Move Move Move!

Am I staying on TRACK!?

Waaah, not really! Today has been a fun day though- and so much going on! Pretty much slaughtered my brother's legs yday (and my own...)



so, figured I should have a "light" training day today! Tried out some Brazilian Jiujitsu- Kaaabooooom , watch out ppl, soon I can fight ;) (FOR REAL) Also, as I'm ridiculously angry about not making my Press-handstand, I did lots of progressions for that afterwards. #Nevergiveup !!!



I then met up with a lovely friend...(who decided to leave town as soon as I moved back... No, I'm not taking it personal... at.. all...) I then went for a RUN- OMG; overheard a guy
: "wow, did you see that girl, so ridiculously fit!" I really don't mean to sound big-headed.. (ok, maybe I do..) still, that made my day! RESULTS! Beach 2014, I'm soooon there!

ALSO, the MOVING-Process has FINALLY STARTED! Wah . Wah. Wah!!!

PLAN&ORGANISE

So, up until today my life has been a complete M.E.S.S, like ppl who know me knows that live in a ...CHAOS.. physically, not MENTALLY, recently  I've been so focussed on what other ppl think and should and, blablabla you know... NOTHING has really been done, at. all.

Time to STOP doubting and start DOING;

Get organised Miss;

1) Finish my Personal Trainer Course-
 TMRW-
a) SET DEADLINES
 (using my brother as a Guinea-pig; theory needs to be ALL DONE by this weekend.. ehum, no, He doesn't know that we'll have our 1st sesh this Saturday.. he will be notified soon enough...)
b) Need someone to SHADOW for my instructing stuff (how many hours!?)

2) POWERLIFTING - Ok, time to actually learn to clean snatch and all that JAAAAZZ
-TRAINING sesh HAK Greppet! Boom, "you are NOT afraid, say after me; YOU are NOT afraid..."

3) Start PACKING- what will stay in the basement for your move!? woooah, soon to come :D

4) Recipes up on your blog&connect blog to instagram? Hrm. is it doable...? Little miss Techniqually.. erm. retarded...! should get some videos up too! Hrm.

5) Be AWESOME! (Eat, Train (frickin MENTALLY INSANE), sleep)

Should I stay or should I go!?

"Should I stay or should I gooo, dadadadadada..." (yeah, that song goes on&on&on inside my head and drives me insane....) it seems as if life is slowly but surely falling to place, I just gotta have a little faith. Right!?

I kept on wallowing about what to do, so a friend suggested;

"if you're happy here, don't think about it for a while. Drop it!" (excuse me, what!? me stop thinking. really!?)...

No, really. DROP IT - ask yourself in a few months if you're Happy. If you're not- do something about it.

So;

The 15th of September my phone will ask me; "Are you Happy?"

...until then, I have my goals set, 100kg SQUAT, REMEMBER!? woooah. Also, Come to realise I need to seriously advance, in my training - if COMPETING is what I want to do- TRAINING PLANS to COME. :)

Life;


1) Moving out- YEEES, I'll be moving out of my parent's place. Badabiiing badabooom, one of my FitnessFriends had a little nest for this lost little bird! Woooppie! 
2) Met with a photogragher today- randomly asked me if I wanted to model - OMG, do I love the idea of getting half-naked on the beach in Helsingborg!?( Well, Duuuh!? ;) decided place and ideas, should be doing this in a few weeks!
3) Training diary- Slight OCD about keeping track of what I do.. (and uhm, making lists) Just had to buy a training diary- write down ALL the resistance/rep/exercises/changes I've made.

 keen to follow my progress!? I'll upload them every day (separate page; My Fit Diary, start TMRW:):)

What would make ME, myself and I Happy!? (Goals &Dreams)

...Probably the 5th day in a row that I sit down and try to write... just so caught up in this feeling of not getting anywhere, like I'm a really frickin' failure....I'm stuck and SHOULD, yes SHOULD be doing so many things....

I want to make it in the Fitness Industry, despite my Law-degree...
"why don't you apply for this, or that, or think about the, or this and that and. Blablablablablabla."

WELL 


...screw it. I'm gonna have to make ME, MYSELF and I happy, so for now;

Train insane or Remain the same. 
until further notice I'll be in the GYM, busting my ass off- 

Don't know me!?

(recap -fought ridiculously hard, to get a 2.1 Bachelor of Laws, (University of Leicester), then travelled to Turkey, fighting to get a job, getting an internship & a scholarship, fighting to get a visa- got rejected...repaying my scholarship, restarting, applying for new things, got the door slam shut in my face.)

You've gotta move forward, so stop crying and start doing. Aight. 

My own Goals;

1) 100kg Squat- this, Yes THAT is what would make ME, Myself and I ridiculously happy! 
2) Learn Bench press- tried it once... did the person teaching me enjoy it.. I get really frickin angry if I'm BAD.... I was genuinely USELESS...)
3) Press to handstand- it's come to the point where I need to bite my tongue to stop myself from shouting *&%&)££"^...... If anythings brings out the beast it's failing to do this... for 6months....
4) 30 Chin-ups (a bit optimistic!? Hellll, yeah, I wasn't born to be average!?

 If your dreams doesn't scare you, they're not BIG enough. 

5) 45 Dips (he, let's just keep on being optimistic shall we!?)
6) 110kg Dead lift. Yepp, another "biting my tongue moment..." happy that the gym was fairly empty last Saturday; made 85kg, put on another 5kg (90kg)
" Uuuuuaaargh, Uuuaaargh, uaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh"
... jumped up, kicked the BARBELL....
I just couldnt move the frickin BARBELL from the frickin FLOOR. GROOOOAAAAAH! ijfiwoehf72645)

Um, so, now I just wonder what the reward will be for all of this!? I should probably think about that in the gym actually ;) or else I'll spend several hours finding A.M.A.Z.I.N.G workout gear that I really really (don't!?) NEEEED!

so, that's something, sorry if I can't be the funny, optimistic Sophia. I'll find my way back to Me, myself and I, in no time ;)

Do's and Don't in the GYM- Hispfia Standard


So, when things fall apart we get a chance to rebuild ourselves- which is great, right!? Like who wouldn't want to build a tower, for a year, put the last piece on the top, and and and; KAAAABOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!? bitter, much!?..... . .

Let's get this started, cause, who wants to read a blog filled with text, bitterness and, ehum, beautiful, empty, meaningless CRAP!? (unless it's Justin Bieber's crap, right....!?) I'm no Justin so gotta be wise and write what you want to read. 

Like; how I'm gonna become a frickin fitnessguru, cause that's what we all want to be!? The most beautiful, fittest, strongest. BUT, Girls please don't get STRONG, BIG arms, you'll look like a man...! GET ABS & Tag yourself on the gym, sit on the cardio machines 4 hourstext your friends & take millions of pics. Cause what matters is how long you spend in the gym!?

ANYHOOOW...

 Do's and Don'ts in the GYM;


1) Tons of MAKE-UP- ok, NO, just NONONONO- Yes, you may meet prince charming, AND you will catch ME staring (probably with an open mouth...), when you put on BRIGHT RED LIPSTICK b4 your workout. If your lips are still RED when you finish, you may have a pretty you tagged in the gym.... but your abs... um, really?

2) Text whilst you're cycling- I may be bitter that I can't actually reach down to the pedals.. (no, I'm serious, I had to leave a spinning-class, because the seat was too high up. have I ever gone back...!?. anyhow, text whilst you exercise!?)

3) Talk that talk to me, YEAH- ever heard of BEASTMODE! I shout; "GO, GO, GO" to my brother every 10 s, that's it. (having said that, if you want tips, tell me b4hand; I'll be the prettiest, cutest, most helpful little Disney Princess you can ever imagine. BUT- Interrupt my training and and and... well, Bitch, please...)

4) Stare the NEWBIES down- like mothaF'uc can't do sh''t & he just stole mah machine!? Ok, NO- embrace & HELP :)     

5) Tell me I'm HUGE- seriously, what girl wants to hear that!? Please comment on my big thighs and big arms- DUDE, I may be a BEAST, but BELLE was my dream- KAPISH.

6) Go UNPREPARED- I may be a "list-FREAK" (... I just like having a plan... alright!? but at least; have an IDEA about what exercises you'll do (... I may or may not make lists to make sure I do do the hardest exercises.....) 

7) DRINK DRINK DRINK- the moments I forget my water bottle, I've wanted to cry, No, I'm serious, cry, so I could drink mah tears and not interrupt my training to go to the waterhoooole.)

8) Stay focussed and- Discipline my Friend, Discipline.

 (oh, and never forget to WARM-UP.. it hurts.. for months...)
